Rei is a musician.   Unfortunately, she can't get much work done since her breakup three months ago with her ex-fiancé Alan.  Fortunately, her friend Min tries to keep her happy and to think more positive

When Rei is working, she practices with her partner Joey.

Rei doesn't believe she'll ever find another guy that she can love unconditionally and a guy to do the same for her.

Until she meets a guy named Joe.  Can he be the guy that she's been looking for?

LEARN MORE ABOUT NORIE TANAKA: Norie Tanaka is a student at California State University, Fresno.  She is a linguistics major.  Her hobbies include cooking and traveling.  She is originally from Shimane prefecture in Japan.  Her goal is to become a translator in the United States.  She really enjoys her life in the US.

DIRECTOR'S COMMENTS:

I met Norie back in 1997 during the Fresno Obon Festival and when I first layed my eyes on her, I was like whoah! She's so beautiful and reminded me of Mochida Kaori of Every Little Thing. 

Finding the person to play Rei was difficult but I was thrilled that Norie accepted the part.

Norie is a person that makes people laugh and just a very cool person.  I wish her the best in her career in linguistics and anything that she would like to pursue in the future.  Ganbatte kudasai Norie-chan.
