TYPE OF RICE COOKER YOU USE: Tiger brand cooker/warmer.
B: HOW MANY TIMES YOU EAT RICE (Days in the week): I'd
say about 3 to 4 days, since my Hitachi breadmaker also needs
to get a workout. After all, I grew up in Europe, and as much
as I like rice, I doubt that it will completely replace bread
in my diet.
C: WHICH METHOD DO YOU USE TO COOK RICE (Finger, Palm, knuckle,
Cup, rice cooker mark method): I use the measuring cup. I'm
also undergoing a special kung-fu training, after which I'll be
able to cook rice with my internal energy. That way, I'll be saving
a pretty penny on my electric bill. The only drawback is that
the training is supposed to last for another 120 years or so...but
who's counting?
D: WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO EAT WITH YOUR RICE: Scrambled eggs,
roast pork, deep fried shrimp, ajvar (eggplant and paprika based
hot relish, popular in the Balkans), kimchee, vegetables with
oyster sauce, etc.
E: WHICH BRAND OF RICE DO YOU PREFER TO EAT: Isn't all
rice created equal? I guess I'm ignorant in that respect. Some
of my friends would say that I'd eat anything, so I don't discriminate
among different brands of rice either - it's all good :-)
