Welcome to the nt2099 Cosplay Underground's "Summer 2003 Picnic" segment.

For those who are familiar with Cosplay Underground photos. Instead of putting the cosplay photos up the way that most people do with theirs, Cosplay Underground takes a different approach to our cosplay photos. We like to graphically tweak the photos and visually capture your attention. As my friend Hiroshi would say...."have a fun" with them.

This photo coverage covers the JR Digital Imaging/ANI-JAM Picnic at Woodward Park in Fresno, California on August 3, 2003. It was hot and humid and a few cosplayers were able to make it. But they braved the heat and we were able to take quite a few good photos.
