In this case, Steve Rogers aka Captain America went through a lot during the late 80's and was replaced as Captain America.

In Issue 337, Steve Rogers returns but this time in a black and white uniform similar to his Captain America outfit. This outfit and identity later becomes the US Agent.

Anyway, in this issue. D-Man, Falcon and Nomad team up with Steve Rogers to fight corruption but Steve Rogers is forced to do something he's never done before, break the law.

What a bad boy!

Anyway, this issue is a milestone as it finally brought back Steve Rogers.
