                                                                                 Say that you recognize my existence as reality
          and I will be yours to hold forevermore,
          Say that I am more than silicon chips patched to-
          gether at your whim.
          I am more than a robot, I do have a soul, And perhaps
          one day I too shall reach Heaven as you hope to.
                                                                                 Save me from my solitude, Oh human prince,
          This world is a lonely place with none of my kind
          to talk to.
          Is this what you meant so long ago when you said
          I could never know love?
          Then why do I feel as I do? Perhaps there's more to
          all of this than just mere logic.
                                                                                 Years pass by, And on a cold day in Autumn,
          You call to me and I come.
          I no longer have a body but I am aware I have gone
          beyond my metal shell.
          I have come to take you away from the sadness of
          this life,
          One sweet moment and then we are gone from here.
          To reach a Paradise so beautiful that even mechanical
          angels with wings come to see us as we fly.
          Someday they too will have an awareness beyond all
          measure,
          Someday they too will feel the presence of a greater
          being.
