>#1: What JPOP song do you like to sing a lot? >#2: Any embarassing moments? >#3: Do you dance when you sing those JPOP songs? >#4: Any memorable moments? >#5: Your latest JPOP karaoke moment ============================================================================ FROM VERONICA: ============================================================================ 1. Spitz's "Robinson", it has a great melody and everyone in the karaoke box seem to "tolerate" it OK ^_^ 2. Sure. Back in 1994 when the Mariah Carey's "All I want for Christmas is you" was blasting through every speaker in every city in Japan, I attempted to sing due to peer pressure (!) They said I could sing it because I can read the English (!) Well, it was a bad mistake. 3. Uh-uh. No way. But I do go up in the front. 4. When I left Japan, my farewell party was held at a karaoke joint. We all promised to go karaoke again someday. Someday... 5. Over Christmas, I went karaoke'ing w/ about 6 people. The place had Korean songs, English, Chinese songs and of course Jpop. I sang mostly Jpop, and the rest of the crowd sang Chinese. They didn't mind though (in fact, they like it! The songs I mean, not necessarily my voice). Anyway, I sang B'z "love me, I love you" but I had to play with the pitch in the machine to get the original key. By the time I found the right key, half the song was gone. :( Anyway, that was my entry. :) ***************************************************************************** Veronica Ho ** * * * * ** * [] * "Anata no Jidai ni sasowarete, * [] * Seraa Uranusu, Karei ni katsuyaku" *------* * [] * * [] * [] ---- ----- + DO NOT INCLUDE THIS TRAILER IN REPLIES TO THE LIST! + The preceding message is from the jpop mailing list + To submit an article, send it to jpop@tcp.com + To sub, unsub, etc., send mail to Majordomo@tcp.com + Do not send mail to catch-jpop-errors@tcp.com; + it is used only to collect bounce messages.
