I recently reviewed Tenjochiki’s awesome album “Graceful4″ and will be reviewing the the women’s K-Pop album “한번 더, OK? ” because there are some interesting key differences from the Korean album which was released on May 4, 2007 and the Japanese album (rel. Nov. 14, 2007). To avoid confusion, I will refer the Japan album as Tenjochiki and the women’s release in Korea with their name The Grace.
The song features 15 tracks. Twelve tracks + three bonus tracks. Songs such as “One More Time, OK?”, “My Everything”, “Boomerang”, “The Club” and “Just For One Day” which are available in Japan are also on this album, sung in Korea and slight musical differences. Also, where “Just For One Day” featured Jejung of Tohoshinki in the Japanese album, the Korean album features a duet with KyuHyun of Super Junior. “The Club” which featured SEAMO on the Japanese version features Rain on the Korean album.
In Korea, the group released three CD singles “Too Good”, “The Club” and “My Everything”.
The Korean album features a lot of cool tracks such as “Girlfriends (Girl Talk)”, one thing I enjoy about a few K-Pop albums that I own are the intermissions with the members talking and there is one Interlude track on the album.
Where the Japanese album focused on the group’s dance tracks, the Korean album has a good balance of fast songs but also the album has a good number of ballads with the fourth track “Sweet Emotion” is a beautiful ballad that actually showcases the women’s vocals and harmony and the same can be said with the fifth track “Heartbreak”, seventh track “April Fools’ Day”, ninth track “Not To Be”, tenth track “Just for One Day” and the 13th track “Just For One Day” .
The sixth track “Renew” features a pretty good pop track with a deep bass. I was actually surprise that this song was not released as a CD single because it’s pretty good.
The eighth track “Dancer in the Rain” is a very cool dance track although there is a use of a distracting synth “buzz” sound that I didn’t care for.
The eleventh track “Tonight Is On Me” is a smooth mid-tempo track and the only track on the album which I felt was ok. I do like the harmonizing during the chorus for the song though.
The twelfth track “Dancing Queen” is pretty cool because it’s an all out a capella track with a beat box of the popular ABBA song. Definitely a song showcasing the groups harmony and
The first thing you notice is with the Korean album, a very elegant gold box sleeve. Inside is a special photobook with a good number of pages (I estimate around 50 or more pages) featuring individual photos of the four members and nearly in each page, information on The Grace and a small bio of each member. I have to say that this one of the coolest photo books I have seen bundled with a CD and really beautiful photos of each member.
The CD-insert features the lyrics, photos of each member and a special thank you from each member.

Looking at this album from the perspective of the Tenjochiki fan wondering if they should invest in the Korean album, I would have to say… definitely.
First of all, you get a lot of cool dance tracks and ballads on the album and also for a fan of the Japanese music, it’s very cool to hear the Korean version of their songs and how they differe slightly or quite a bit from the Japanese version.
Also, the photo book that comes with the Korean album is just definitely worth owning and the overall package design of the Korean album is elegant. Also, Korean albums cost a lot less than a Japanese album, so if you are a big fan of Tenjochiki, there is no reason to not get this album.
All in all, a very cool album and definitely worth owning if you are a fan of the The Grace/Tenjochiki.
