Japantoday.com reported, “Model Yuri Ebihara, 28, popularly known as “Ebi-chan,” attended a fashion show held by cosmetic maker Shiseido to promote its Maquillage brand in Taipei on Monday. Ebihara, who is well known in Taiwan for her Maquillage TV commercials, said, “I know my image in Taiwan is ‘kawaii’ (cute), but I would like many people to see my cool aspect, too.”

Japantoday.com reported, “Model Yuri Ebihara, 28, says she is still looking for ‘Mr X’ and would like to get married. The popular model, affectionately called “Ebi-chan,” was appearing at an event to promote New Zealand Zespri kiwifruit with actor Kenji Sakaguchi, 32. Sakaguchi has been the image character for Zespri for seven years and Ebihara for five years.”
“Ebihara and Sakaguchi joked at the same event last year that they would possibly end up in a relationship after doing so many TV ads together. “Unfortunately,” said Sakaguchi, “she didn’t get interested in me at all.”

JapanToday.com reported, “Popular model Yuri Ebihara, 28, is appearing in a new McDonald’s TV ad to promote “McWrap Black Vinegar Chicken.” The new ad’s theme is “moving fashion magazine,” with Ebi-chan, as she is popularly known, part of McDonald’s products in a catalog.”
