[JAPAN] NHK receives its lowest drama ratings ever

NHK dramas which tend to last a longer schedule than most Japanese dramas is suffering the low ratings syndrome that other TV networks are experiencing but NHK has received its lowest ratings ever with “Dondo-bare” according to Mainichi Shimbun.

According to the article, “Viewer ratings for the opening broadcast of the new NHK drama, “Dondo-bare,” were a record low of 14.9 percent in Kanto and 14.2 percent in Kansai, ratings firm Video Research said.”
