Akihabara: Luminous Arc 2 goes on sale

Akibablog.net posted photos of “Luminous Arc 2″ for the Nintendo DS being sold in Japan.   In the US, this game and “Etrian Odyssey” sold slowly, but with the interest in Atlus released games in the US because of its rarity, both “Luminous Arc” and “Etrian Odyssey” (and surprisingly the first “Izuna”) are now one of the top Atlus games on the DS being hunted by collectors.

For those not familiar with the series, “Luminous Arc” is a DS came created by Marvelous (known for creating the “Harvest Moon” games) and released in the US by Atlus.  Fans of “Final Fantasy Tactics” and “Fire Emblem” and will definitely dig this game.
