Are Target employees really good at being security for celebrities against the paparazzi

Lately, I’ve noticed that Target management has been dispatching some of their employees to protect the celebrities while they get into their cars.
It doesn’t surprise me after seeing what happened at the Target where Cash Warren and wife Jessica Alba were at. Wow!
and recently, Denise Richards at a Target which TMZ has video for.
