Sandra Bullock responds in Jesse James vs. Janine Lindemulder custody dispute

When porn star Janine Lindemulder was in prison for six months due to Federal tax evasion, her ex-husband Jesse James and wife, actress Sandra Bullock won custody of Jesse and Janine’s daughter Sunny.

But with Janine now free from prison, she and her new husband want custody for her daughter Sunny.

In an interview with Good Morning America, Janine Lindemulder had a message for Sandra Bullock, “What would give her the right to take away my daughter? This is my daughter. I’m the best mother I can be.”

Lindemulder claims her life is now fine despite making horrific choices in the past. But both Jesse James and Sandra Bullock are defending their right for custody of Sunny.

Sandra Bullock recently sent the letter to their judge which was obtained by ABC news. You can read the letter here.

In an excerpt from the letter, Sandra Bullock writes:

“I myself have stopped working like I used to in order to be here with Jesse and the kids because we are on constant ‘high alert. Never knowing what condition Janine will be in, and even more concerning, the condition Sunny will be in.”

“While in Janine’s care, sometimes Sunny is left alone during the day, while her mother is asleep from drug use.”
