Shokotan Sony Music Online Japan Countdown, new single to feature performance from Anime Expo

Nakagawa “Shokotan” Shoko second consecutive monthly CD single release of “Tsuzuku Sekai” will be released in Japan on September 10th. The song will be used for the theatrical animated film “Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann” which Shokotan sung the original theme song for the TV anime series.

Included in the DVD release is a performance from July 2008 at Los Angeles anime convention “Anime Expo” and much more. (Note: There are four versions of this CD single included a limited edition version with a character from “Gurren Lagann” on the cover and comes with a Shokotan cosplay photo book - no DVD included with this version).

To celebrate the release of this DVD, Sony Music Online Japan are offering three videos on their site. The first video will be released on the site at 8:00 p.m. on Sept. 10th, the next at midnight (Sept. 11th) and another special clip at midnight. (note: This site can only be accessed by Japanese residents).
