[JAPAN] KUNISHIGE TOMOMI “EEKANJI”

Artist Kunishige Tomomi is catching attention with her art by combining kanji and English together.
According to Mainichi Shimbun, “She does so most noticeably by using English letters instead of mere brush strokes to form her kanji. She calls her work “Eekanji,” which has the double meaning of being “English Kanji” and also the Kansai dialect phrase meaning “pretty good.”
