[J-ENT] Matsuda Seiko begins her nationwide tour

Japantoday.com reported, “Singer Seiko Matsuda, 46, on Sunday night started her the annual nationwide tour before 15,000 fans at Saitama Super Arena. In the 3-hour concert, Matsuda sang 26 songs and changed costumes eight times.”
