Gretchen Rossi Moves In As The Newest Hot Housewife On The Block
NEW YORK – October 7, 2008 – On the highly anticipated fourth season premiere of Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” Tamra Barney, Vicki Gunvalson, Jeana Keough and Lauri Peterson welcome a new housewife to the block, 30-year-old blond bombshell Gretchen Rossi, who poses an immediate threat with her youth and golden good looks. The ladies continue to strive to live the good life, but in reality the seemingly perfect lives of contemporary women juggling family, friends and careers isn’t always what it seems. The fourth season of the hit docu-series “The Real Housewives of Orange County” premieres Tuesday, November 25 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo.
This season the ladies are tackling greater challenges while coming to terms with past secrets and lingering issues. Vicki is building her insurance empire, sometimes to the detriment of her marriage to Donn; Tamra copes with her relationships with her estranged father and her taxing 21-year-old son, Ryan, while also keeping busy as a stay-at-home mom with three young kids; Jeana tries to figure out her next move following an emotional separation from her husband, Matt; while Lauri continues to enjoy life as a blissful newlywed, but issues with her son, Josh, may tarnish her fairytale.
There is competition in store for this complicated circle of friends. Gretchen is the newest housewife on the block, and a jaw-dropping Orange County bombshell. Gretchen’s fiancé, Jeff, is an older man who spoils her rotten with diamonds and gifts. They enjoyed a whirlwind romance and engagement that came to an unexpected and heartbreaking turn when Jeff was diagnosed with a rare form of Leukemia. An outgoing party girl, it’s easy to peg Gretchen as a gold digger (and the other ladies have their doubts about her), but she cares for Jeff and stands by him through very serious hardships that test her character.
As usual, the men and kids are caught in the whirlwind and do their best to try and understand their complicated wives, mothers and daughters, but insight into these women proves once again to be anything but simple. This fourth season will explore the women on a deeper level, bringing their stories full circle to uncover the secrets that often lie behind closed doors. The gates, Botox injections and mansions can’t keep reality from intruding for too long. What will finally unfold when the gates are opened?

I love the housewives of orange county!! I’m so glad they are coming back.,…NY and ATL are jokes, they don’t even compare, they are ugly wannabes! And I agree Kim from ATL is soooo lying about her age…she looks closer to 49 not 29….
I also love the show! Personally, from what we read about the upcoming season 4, I hope that Lauri’s son doesn’t cause too many problems, especially since she did get married. I haven’t really watched NY or Atlanta all that much. But definitely glad to see the Housewives from the OC back!
i love house wifes of orange county! im glad they’re back for another season. house wife of atlanta are too GETTO and there are not as pretty or real as the wifes of oc! all i can say about house wifes of atlanta is” u can take the girl from the getto,but u can’t take the getto of the girl”.

No No No to NY and ATL. Good Lord those girls from Atlanta were ugly! Where did they dig them up? I love the OC! Except for Vicki, the OC wives are laid back and have fun. Jeana is still beautiful and she is the one I most admire. Yes, she has money, but she works for it and her husband is no help at all. She has raised her children and now has a big world ahead of her. Vicki is just a mess. I think she needs some serious psychiatric counseling. Her poor children are just something else she is obsessed with and smothers. Donn has to be having an affair. He is cute and needs attention. I think he wants to love Vicki, but she is such a train wreck that she embarrases him. Tamra……….well, she calls herself the hottest housewife, but she is not. She is getting a little road wear on her. Laurie has outlived her stay. She was interesting when she was poor and dealing with the chores most of us face – raising kids, working, etc. Now that she has entered the world of the elite, she isn’t as interesting. OH, let me whip out my black American Express card! Sorry Laurie, but you had more class when you were not relying on a man for your living. Thankfully, Quinn is gone. Wow, she was a pseudo-Christian if I ever saw one. Also, thankfully Slade and Jo are gone. I was watching reruns the other day and good Lord they were a prime example of addictive personalities. She was too young, he was too needy. Gretchen seems like a real person too. Perhaps she and Jeana will be friends. Yes, she is going after the older man, but he is very sick. As a matter of fact, he died back in September. So, watching her is going to be interesting.
VICKI! you look like an idiot this season! I have liked you and enjoyed watching you in previous seasons and i am sorry but YOU sound so rediculous! The way you speak to Don at dinner, (it was Tamaras and Simons anniversary!!) They way you roll your eyes when Gretchen is talking about cancer! If it was ONE of your family members with cancer it is all you would ever talk about and just one more thing you would allllway alllways complain about! I have one thing to say to you…. HURTING PEOPLE, HURT PEOPLE! think about that and change your ways, I am only 20 years old and I am more appropriate then you are! grow up! You are lucky Don has stuck around this long

Yup. Vicky is a control freak. She can take her money, houses and cars and keep them. If that’s what you get when you get success I’d rather be poor. You stand in judgement of everybody, yet you can’t see that your own children can’t stand to be around you. Tamra, it if weren’t for your fake boobs you’d be an average white girl running the streets of OC. Jeanna is the only one with any kind of sense. She keeps me coming back!
