DENNIS:  Let’s do a little word play.  I’ll say a few words and you give me the Parry Shen definition of these words:

PARRY:

LOVE:  Love is something that if you didn't have or know about, you wouldn't be the person that you are.

SEX:    Recreation as opposed to "Making love".

HOLLYWOOD:  Hollywood is a magazine article brought to life.  Someone's materialistic fabrication come true.

SUCCESS:  Driven.

BRITNEY SPEARS:  My duet partner in the car when I sing along to her songs.

DENNIS:  I read in your bio that you also enjoy doing some video production work which leads me to believe that you probably want to direct.  Do you have a role model may it be an actor or a director?
PARRY:  For awhile it has been James Cameron.  This guy knows what he wants and he does it all.  Storyboards, writing, directing...he can't be bothered with anyone to mess with what he really knows he wants.  Totally believes
in the "Too many cooks in the kitchen" theory.

DENNIS:  Do you plan to make an Indie movie anytime soon?
PARRY:  Sometime next year.  I’ve been writing a screenplay for the past year and a half which I submitted to a competition for projectgreenlight.com (a Website by Matt Damon, Ben Affleck and Chris Moore that feature and have competition for screenplays and filmmakers), it made the first 250 out of 7,000 entries.  Now I’m fixing it up.  I also paid close attention to how Justin made "BLT".  He
directed, produced and wrote it all.  So, hopefully after

“The New Guy” and “Better Luck Tomorrow”, we’ll see what happens.  Hopefully, I'll be received well and have a studio help me make it but if not then I'll start bouncing around and find some other way with private investors.

DENNIS: Any final words for your fans?
PARRY:  Having a dream is not enough.  There are so many talkers and not enough doers.  If not now, then when?  Take it in small chunks everyday that gear towards your larger goal.  The guy who's persistent and works
hard will win out every time.
