Komyo-Ga-Tsuji

[Daily Yomiuri, January 19, 2006, Wm. Penn]: A more relaxing way to spend Sunday night is with Yukie Nakama and Takaya Kamikawa in Komyo-ga-tsuji (8 p.m., NHK-G).

They have chemistry too, but the story is more upbeat even with Oda Nobunaga battling in the background. Three stars for the first NHK period drama in ages to hold my attention past the first episode.
