REVIEWS:

(from May Yen) "ao no jidai" is a dorama not to be missed especially by teenagers. Ryu, the character played by Dohmoto Tsuyoshi, portrays the inner feelings of teenagers which are usually not understood even by close family members. The difficulties, confusian, dilemma, misunderstanding and betrayal faced by him are not cared for even by his very own mother. This is the heart wrecking feeling that makes this drama a real tear jerker but in its very own way, the heart warming scenes of love with Akane and also the close family and friend relationship with Honda, Juri and friends are worth watching. Further more, the theme song "ao no jidai" by Kinki Kids is very meaningful and touching.
